A single-step method for isolation of specific cells based on multiple surface markers will have unique advantages because of its scalability, efficacy, and mildness. Herein, we developed multi-aptamer-mediated proximity ligation method on live cell membranes that leverages a multi-receptor co-recognition design for enhanced specificity, as well as a robust in situ signal amplification design for improved sensitivity of cell isolation. We demonstrated the promising efficacy of our method on differentiating tumor cell subtypes in both cell mixtures and clinical samples. Owing to its simple and fast operation with excellent cell isolation sensitivity and accuracy, this approach will have broad applications in biological science, biomedical engineering, and personalized medicine. 相似文献
Considering the importance of damage for the structural performance and for decreasing the identification error, this paper proposes an optimal sensor placement method based on a weighted standard deviation norm (WSDN) index. The standard deviation of the identified damage parameters is solved using the series expansion theory and probabilistic method to quantify the effect of a measurement error on damage identification. The damage estimation weight (DEW) index, which can reflect the importance of each element in the structural capabilities, is established based on a performance-damage curve. A significant DEW for a specified element indicates that the element is important for the structure and that its identification error should be small. The WSDN index is obtained from the Hadamard product of the standard deviations (SDs) and DEWs. Thus, the identification error of the entire structure is measured using the weighting coefficient. The optimal sensor placement (OSP) procedure is performed by minimizing the WSDN index. The proposed method can clearly decrease the uncertainties of the identification results for the important elements. Other OSP criteria, including the condition number, information entropy, and standard deviation norm, which aim to decrease the identification error, are discussed in this paper for comparison with the proposed method. Two numerical examples and an experiment, which pertain to the deformation performance, buckling features, and dynamic characteristics, are discussed to verify the advantages of the proposed method. 相似文献
An exceptional n-cycle in a Hom-finite triangulated category with Serre functor has been recently introduced by Broomhead,Pauksztello and Ploog. When n=1,it is a spherical object. We explicitly determine all the exceptional cycles in the bounded derived category D^b(kQ)of a finite quiver Q without oriented cycles. In particular,if Q is an Euclidean quiver, then the length type of exceptional cycles in D^b(kQ)is exactly the tubular type of Q;if Q is a Dynkin quiver of type E_m(m=6,7,8),or Q is a wild quiver, then there are no exceptional cycles in D^b(kQ);and if Q is a Dynkin quiver of type An or D_n,then the length of an exceptional cycle in D^b(kQ)is either h or h/2,where h is the Coxeter number of Q. 相似文献
High-throughput metabolic analysis is of significance in diagnostics, while tedious sample pretreatment has largely hindered its clinic application. Herein, we designed FeOOH@ZIF-8 composites with enhanced ionization efficiency and size-exclusion effect for laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry (LDI-MS)-based metabolic diagnosis of gynecological cancers. The FeOOH@ZIF-8-assisted LDI-MS achieved rapid, sensitive, and selective metabolic fingerprints of the native serum without any enrichment or purification. Further analysis of extracted serum metabolic fingerprints successfully discriminated patients with gynecological cancers (GCs) from healthy controls and also differentiated three major subtypes of GCs. Given the low cost, high-throughput, and easy operation, our approach brings a new dimension to disease analysis and classification. 相似文献
It is known that the energy of the amorphous state of itraconazole loaded in ordered mesoporous materials is high relative to that of the crystalline state and is responsible for enhanced solubility and dissolution rate. We investigated the effects of particle size(0.7–5μm), mesostructure(2D p6 mm, cubic Ia-3d and cubic Fm-3m) and pore size(2.2–15.4 nm) of mesoporous silicas on the release performance of itraconazole. Results indicated that the release performance was not influenced by the particle sizes tested here, that the release performance increased with increasing pore diameter due to the lower probability of drug molecules colliding to recrystallize in large pores, and that the release performance was decreased in the cage-type pore structure(Fm-3m) compared to that in the cylindrical pore structures(p6mm and Ia-3d) because of the small entrance to the cagelike pores that retards the drug release. 相似文献
In this paper, a bivariate generating function CF(x, y) =f(x)-yf(xy)1-yis investigated, where f(x)= n 0fnxnis a generating function satisfying the functional equation f(x) = 1 + r j=1 m i=j-1aij xif(x)j.In particular, we study lattice paths in which their end points are on the line y = 1. Rooted lattice paths are defined. It is proved that the function CF(x, y) is a generating function defined on some rooted lattice paths with end point on y = 1. So, by a simple and unified method, from the view of lattice paths, we obtain two combinatorial interpretations of this bivariate function and derive two uniform partitions on these rooted lattice paths. 相似文献
This paper is concerned with the mixed initial–boundary value problem for semilinear wave equations with complementary frictional dampings and memory effects. We successfully establish uniform exponential and polynomial decay rates for the solutions to this initial–boundary value problem under much weak conditions concerning memory effects. More specifically, we obtain the exponential and polynomial decay rates after removing the fundamental condition that the memory-effect region includes a part of the system boundary, while the condition is a necessity in the previous literature; moreover, for the polynomial decay rates we only assume minimal conditions on the memory kernel function g, without the usual assumption of controlled by g. 相似文献
Gaussian modulation is one of the key steps for the implementation of continuous-variable quantum key distribution (CVQKD) schemes. However, imperfection in the Gaussian modulation may introduce modulation noise that can deteriorate the performance of CVQKD systems. In this paper, we mainly investigate how to improve the performance of a CVQKD system from different aspects. First, we explore the several different origins, impacts and monitoring schemes for the modulation noise in detail. Then, we discuss the practical performance of a CVQKD system with an untrusted noise model and neutral party model, respectively. These analyses indicate that the neutral party model should be reasonably regarded as a general noise model, which will passively and greatly raise the performance of the system. Further, we propose a dynamic auto-bias control scheme to actively resist the modulation noise which comes from the drift of bias point of the amplitude modulator. Together these methods contribute to the improvement of the practical performance of CVQKD systems with imperfect Gaussian modulation.
